Through specifically designed community events and opportunities, the Apprenticeship equips students to take their faith to the next level and live with purpose. At the end of the program, you will receive the Newlife College Apprenticeship Certificate, signifying your growth and readiness to make a lasting impact in the world. It’s an experience that makes Newlife, Newlife — empowering students to grow, serve, and lead with purpose.
Leadership Tracks
Apprenticeship at Newlife College offers five specialized tracks designed for students to grow in an area of passion.
With options for both traditional and non-traditional students, the program integrates leadership development, real-world experience, and exclusive events like retreats and conferences.
Whether you’re building a career in ministry or business, Apprenticeship equips you to lead with vision and passion in every area of life.
Pastoral
Students will learn to engage in pastoral responsibilities and learn the fundamentals of pastoral ministry within the church.
Worship
Students will receive training in worship leadership including the planning and leading of worship experiences.
Business
Students will develop skills in management, problem-solving, and communications to prepare for diverse careers in the marketplace.
Youth
Students will be involved in ministry with middle high and high school youth including gatherings, events, and small groups.
KIDS
Students will learn how to effectively engage and communicate the love of Jesus to kids.

Cohorts
Newlife College provides students with valuable cohort opportunities as a core component of the program. These cohorts allow students to gain real-world experience in their field of interest while working alongside leaders in ministry, business, and other industries.
Through hands-on learning, students not only apply their knowledge but develop practical skills, build professional networks, and build their resumes. These cohorts are tailored to the student’s chosen track, and by the end of the program, students are equipped with both the knowledge and experience needed to excel in their careers.
